Default INJEN sri filter rubbing

Has anyone found a fix for this? I was wondering if i can get a smaller filter size that INJEN offers if that would work with the tubing and all. Also wondered what effect on the car that would have (dont care much as long as it dosnt harm it). Please reccomend a smaller size for me to get. I don't want cai mode so dont bother talking about it. The filter size now is x-1030 i beleive. What will get the filter un-jamed and away from the side of my car is what I want, and rather fast, I hate leaving it like this...

I was in CAI mode but also switched the SRI and like it much better. My filter also sits right on the fender too. =/

I guess its not my fault, I see everyone has made the comment of this super tight fit, don't know what INJEN was thinking. I emailed them but no reply yet. Anyone know if I can use a smaller filter size and it would all stil fit and work and improve the fit?

1. INJEN was thinking they designed this for CAI

2. If you would have posted in the right section, you would probably get alot more answers. This is the FI thread, and an INJEN CAI / SRI is FAR from being FI

Don't understant that at all when I read them showing off "oo oo our cold air intake is interchangeable". What forum should it be in? It fits this forum more than any other so I don't understand that either.

This should be in the "Drivetrain and Power" section.
Forced Induction is for Turbos, Superchargers and nitrous.
