It's amazing how many 1st gen xB cues it has. Especially since it's so much larger and more powerful, and costs twice as much. I still like it tho.

Honda's element, chevy building thier version, kia, now this.
The design worked, and cars were sold. Now everyone is trying to jump on the bandwagon.
What they are forgetting though is a long lasting car at a low price. Even if ford made this car somewhat affordable, no matter how cool I thought it looked, I would never buy a ford.

I found an earlier thread on Ford Flex (from April):

It would have been nice if Scion had just taken the 1st Gen xB, reworked the front end to look like the Flex, put in the new 2ZR-FE 1.8L engine, and added side airbags.

Heh, Ford will never get it LOL Yet another model to flop and flounder! If it wasn't for F150 and Mustang, they'd be long gone.

I think we're seeing Ford move away from truck-based SUVs to the cross-over. Say goodbye to the Explorer soon.

I couldn't find any fuel usage on or around my surfing
I worked for Ford as a certified parts counter man and brakes, sensors exhausts, lamps and a whole lot more were replaced and with as little as a 1000 miles or less. Darn shame too becuse they almost got their heads out of their butts. But I see with this disaster, they still try to win people with 7 passenger high fuel using junk. They will not float now that they are forced to report new fuel usage stats. They must be biting nails.
