since my car is getting close to 36k miles, im wondering if i should take it in for all the TSB before the warranty is over

If not, 36,000. Most, if not all, of the TSBs state which warranty applies. I'd get the TSBs covered ASAP if they are issues that bother you. The only exception is the A/C TSB, which really should be done in the heat of the summer to make sure that it has been done correctly.
