TSB only valid within 36,000 miles?

If it's drivetrain, it's 50,000 miles. If not, 36,000.
Most, if not all, of the TSBs state which warranty applies. I'd get the TSBs covered ASAP if they are issues that bother you. The only exception is the A/C TSB, which really should be done in the heat of the summer to make sure that it has been done correctly.
