Default Paint Splash from road to car.

Anyone know of the best way to remove paint (maybe latex) from the tires and running boards ? I'm the lucky guy who managed to run through - with all four tires - beige paint - don't know where this happened. The paint splashed into the wheel wells then up along the side of the car right around the side boards. I managed to clean off the sides of the car with some compound but the tires and side boards are splotched with beige - and beige does not look well with black cherry paint !

I would try turtle wax bux and tar remover- (buy the spray can, not the liquid) spray it on and let it sit. try scrubbing/wiping it off, and the pressure from the hose might help...-If that doesnt work- try some denatured alchohol. if that doesnt work, I would try I would try some goof-off- that should work, If not- call your insurance and see about taking it to a body shop- they should be able to do it for you...
