Default Which nitrous setup is ideal?

I plan on having the Dezod S1 kit installed and have been slightly reading up on nitrous and was curious as to which would be better suited-

1. Using nitrous to remove turbo lag and have it cut off once the turbo kicks in or...
2. Using nitrous to cool down the air to achieve better hp gain.

Now, i have read that every 10 degrees cooler is suppose to be 1% hp gain. However, that's all i know, . I do not know how long (generally) one would have to keep nitrous going before it starts to cool down the temp 10, 20, 50F cooler AND how long it lasts for driving on the street. I am under the assumption that if you used nitrous to cool further cool down the air that the bigger the tank, the better and there is no "danger" to worry about it terms of too much nitrous for just that purpose?

But then i was thinking about using it to remove lag at WOT and was wondering if anyone has actually done that before? Does it have one hell of a punch then transitions directly to turbo boost... is it one hell of a boost or is there like a noticeable shift in boost once the nitrous kicks off and the turbo kicks in that may be "annoying". And since the nitrous is kicked in at WOT from idle to turbo spool rpm, how exactly is that tuned on an ECM? Not specifics but is it risk free since the nitrous setup is electronically fuel injected, (i believe)?
