Default Other TC fourms?

I searched on yahoo and found a few, but nothing worth signing up for, I'm just looking for a forum with more "variety" I've been a member here for a few months now, but the forums here are quite empty to me. Its just the same questions about "will my 19's fit with s-techs?", "check out my new Motegi's with Neogens!" and the same questions over and over about CAI.

I'm by no means a forums "noob" I've on these things since I can remember having internet, I'm just looking for a forum with I guess a stronger presence of knowledge. Not insulting anyone here but I want to read DIY's, real coilover duiscussions, and real car setups.

Don't mean to come off as an _______ but yeah. Thanks for the inputs though.

thats where all my DIYs go and personal knowledge. Only issue is, the site has been dead recently.

I personally don't think you'll find a site with more robust information than this one has.

i agree. SL can be annoying. but it has THE MOST information of any scion site out there.

I post on maybe 6 different scion sites. I always come back here when I need info.

I think they are because it gives you another side of the tuner world. A spot where people arent afraid to ask what they need.

wow... yoursciontc.com is about the most impressive one out there imo as far as knowledge. If you are one that buys into anything that import ricer mags spews out, you probably wont like it simply becase there is a higher ratio of older, experienced people on there that are skeptical (as you should be) of any mod promising magic. This site has a lot of those people as well... but due to sheer number of users there is a very high percentage of kids who swear by cheap, magical mods and will bash anyone who tries to talk sense.

Not putting this forum down, as I obviously post here a ton. But I think if you are looking for more of the stripped down, no nonsense info on mods and such then you cant pass up yoursciontc.com

What is sad is that the ricer kids with big mouths and that think they know it all at 16 years old have pushed away most of the more serious builders and modders out there. On virtually every forum they take everything here with a grain of salt the size of your head... and most just laugh at the place. It is sad, cause there are a lot of smart people here, but the rep has grown in any case.

That is one of my favorite things I am on three scion forums and our local autosports club forum, and this is the only forum with this layout. I really hope this one goes that direction some day personally.

yes, perfect, thats exactly what I'm looking for, I'm so used to honda-tech, where there are tons of experienced racers. From the SCCA/Hpde section to the Drag racing section I'm just used to having broads amount of info. But I'll be on there tonight though.

I do like the layout of this site though, it has a great local section and it has tons of sponsers (none of whch I've found of any great use) but none the less this is the first scion site that I really signed up to.

Not a forum, but I am working on building an extensive Scion Encyclopedia based on Wikipedia software.

It is a ton of work but I think it's coming along well: http://www.scion-tech.org/wiki/Category:Scion_tC

I could always use help with it if anyone is interested.

www.scionwiki.com already exists. A bunch over at ystc put it together and everyone has slowly been adding to it.

I know about that site, but I have already surpassed it by several hundred articles.
