Default JDM FOGLIGHTS

What's the difference besides the switch between the JDM XB foglights and the USDM foglights? I have seen some amber/yellow fogs aswell are these just painted or is there an actual amber/yellow fog for the xb?

I have a set of the amber fogs, they are actually from a 92 4runner I believe? They do fit, I never used them because I ended up getting a set of OEM fogs, the JDM fogs are clear kinda like our headlights, where the OEM fogs are kinda foggy like? I can fins them amber ones and Ill sell em to you if youw ant them Ill also try and get you a pic so you can see.

The JDM fogs have a chrome inside which makes the light output in these alot brighter! The USDM fogs are just plain-o gray...

to be honest with you i have the USA fogs and see rteally no problem with output. i put silverstars in them and they illuminate the road beautifully.

the JDM fogs look 27561265817302515456052 times better though

There are some on ebay that fit the factory holes. The will run you about $80.

I agree completely. I got my USDM ones expecting no output, and they're fine, even with the stock bulbs. With the HIDs on, I can see the fog cast about 4 feet in front of the car, but for the split second that the HIDs fire up, I can see the foglight casts way farther, they just get washed out with the HIDs.

I have a set of bluebat yellow overlays on order so I'll put up pics when I get em. I'll also likely rewire the fogs to come on whenever.
