So i have noticed my xD (about 3 weeks old) gets really dirty. I am thinking that mud flaps would help. Anyone else notice this ... or have flaps on their xD ? If so where did you get them?

There are flaps on the xD, they're small though. I don't remember seeing any on the back wheel well though, but I do remember them on the front.

Bump - I'd be interested in some mud flaps too!

I screwed a cheap pair of generic auto-part-store flaps on my 98 Camry, and although they didn't look all that great, they were generally unobtrusive and they kept the mud/water off the doors and windows. However, they had a little molded part that extended back against the car to keep them straight, and that little bit rubbed the paint right off the car as it rubbed. The constant rubbing apparently kept it from rusting, though - it's still shiny bare metal. Still doesn't seem like an ideal solution, and I'd like something a little cleaner-looking for the xD.

Anyone have pictures or ideas?

Andy

Doesn't the tC offer mudflaps? Get a pair of those and retro fit them to the xD.

My brother has some for the yaris. I'd rather look into those if i wanted stock looking ones since they share a similar body shape and chassis
