Default Drriver's Side rear bumper damage - XB - RS 4.0

On Monday somebody hit my car and just left. I didn't even notice until I got to my next stop, I went around the front of the car. The rear driver's side, just the bumper area, is all scratched up. They even took off the little side light completely off.

My questions are:

1) The side over the tire is popped out , how can I pop it back in?
2)The bumper is cracked, broken, right underneath the back tailights. I can live with the damage but I don't really want to. I want to fix my baby. How much should it cost me to replace the rear bumper, in the same color?

Thanks. Any info is appreciated.

Here is a link to my problem https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...475&highlight=. So, it turn out really decent. Unfortunately I didn't take any pic right away after repair, but personally I can see the difference in color. But for those who see my RS4.0 with repainted rear bumper for the first time - no difference at all. And actually the color difference noticeable only on the sun lights, it's more fresh color, more brighter, more colors.
Body shop got brand new rear bumper, painted it (paint is expensive do -around 350 bucks for bumper only), put new RS4.0 applique. Labor was $247, though I did take the bumper out and istalled it myself, and bumper with applique $187. So total $831. That bustard wasn't happy, that he hit the car
And that shop was my SCION dealer body shop. Good luck

I HATE people that hit and run. Sorry to hear about your box man.
You might be able to save some by getting a good used bumper cover using www.car-part.com
Find a yard near you that has a wrecked xB that has a mint rear bumper and have it reainted to match. Should be able to have it done for under a grand. Why not just let your insurance take care of the damage and just find a good place to have do the work?
