Are the quickshift kits from TRD available yet? If so where? and has anyone seen some black with red letter carbon fiber or metal or leather TRD shift knobs, or any other suggestions? Got my christmas money and must spend.

I talked to TRD in oct , they said shifter wont be out till Jan sometime
