Crutchfield's lists some options http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/p...wheel+controls . I bought a unit to do this when I installed the DDX-6019 in my 06 xB. It used a line of sight signal to the HU's remote sensor. Mounting adapter unit and particularly mounting its transmitter in a good spot to be seen by the HU, I decided, was more trouble than the steering wheel controls were worth.
