i have my oil pressure gauge hooked up and it still slowly leaks where its hooked to the engine, i kept hooking it up over and over and cant stop it.... I have q,s of maybe the problem, well 1 is there is air bubbles in the line from the engine to the gauge, would that make it leak. Like where its leaking is where i had to get an adapter type thing into the engine where the warning light went then hook the light bck into it, and then it has a third place where the hose goes and a farrel and nut type thing holds it on, it keeps leaking around the farrel and nut down the line and onto my engine. i dunno how to stop it fully... explained my best i could, first oil p. gauge iev ever installed help asap would be great thanks guys

 

Buy an eletric gauge and save yourself the hassels

 

an electric o.p. gauge or just a different gauge cus o.p gauge isnt needed. if so whats a good decently easy gauge to install..

 

even with an electric op gauge you still have to have a sender. go to autozone get some brass fittings and tap it in make sure to use teflon but dont go past the threads.
