Default fuel octane

at the end of this year i planing to go back to europe and i taking my tc with me
My question is about the fuel cause in my country we have 95 98 and at shell gas stations 99+ ( at least 99 octans up to 102 ) is it safe to use this kind off fuel casue up here in us tc should run on 87 but i put 91 anyway?
So is it safe? Can using a higher octane fuel damage the tc engine? No internal mods!
