Default NEED HELP FAST Horn fuse

Which fuse connects to the horn?
My horn isn't working and I've checked everything but the fuse.
The dealer said that the horn was losing power at the fuse...

I am getting power to the horn.
It's just not making a sound.
And I really don't wanna buy a new horn just because this one doesn't work.

Does anyone know which fuse belongs to the horn?

Dude! If you are getting power to the horn as you said, the horn is no good! The fuse will blow if you have a short in the horn but since you have power at the horn, the horn is caput!

^^Yep exactly good call Metro.
Blown fuse = no juice at the horn wire.

The horns work, it was a blown fuse.
I hooked up just the stockers and replaced the fuse and it worked.
Then I hooked up the aftermarket ones up with the stockers....
It blew it.
I think the aftermarket horns have a short in their wire...

I put a 20 fuse in there, it blew.
I'm gonna try a 30 if it blows a 30 then the horn has a short in the wiring

dude making the fuse bigger will just cause a wire melt down.. you have a short!!

and horns are switch to ground.. meaning the power is always on, the switch (on the steering wheel) connects the ground wire.. so power at the horn DOES NOT mean bad horn

Sounds like you either need to use a relay or if you are already it's not hooked up right. Rather than keep wasting fuses, invest in a test light. Get a relay that comes with simple 4 wire hookup. They also come with good instructions about what terminal is what.

Maybe we should get the facts on fuses before we add aftermarket parts. As a leader in jerking up easy aftermarket installs I'd say its key.

I decided it's a short in one of the aftermarket wires.
I put a 30 fuse in there, blew it.
It was running fine with the 15 in there since July of last year when I bought it.
I took them off to paint the horns.
Now they don't work right, I guess I could replace the wires, but I dunno.
Not a project for today
