Ok so i had my act street clutch and fidanza flywheel installed about 2000 miles ago. When i fist got it the clutch was nice and stiff. Now for whatever reason its gotten really soft. It still works fine and engages but i don't get why it would have gotten so much noticebly softer. A drove a friend of mines with the act s. clutch and it felt much stiffer than mine so i know its not my imagination and he has had it longer.

Anyone know why?

 

are you just getting use to it? and is your starting to break in and your friends is new?

 

Its not me getting used to it and break in was only suppose to be about 500 miles. My friend has had his for longer

 

i have the same exact setup act clutch and a fidanza flywheel, and yeah it feels a lot less springy now compared to the first dya i got it installed. but, it still engages perfectly and all that so i don't really think much about it. is it bad?!

Yea, I just found it weird but as long as it engages i guess all is good.

 

Ok its def. not my imagination. The clutch has gotten softer than stock, WTF This hasn't happend to anyone else?

 

I thought the same thing about my Centerforce DF clutch but it doesn't matter because the clutch bites hard at the track still!
