I used the tech item from this site, and that mod was a snap. I had it done in 10 min. What a great change from that wierd looking yellow that the original color was. THANK YOU to xBassist for writing such a great tech article. The pix were a great help. But I used just a little different method, which I thought was easier.

First I used red bulb covers which I bought at Pep-Boys for about $1.00. Now it matches my radio color and the LED under dash lighting. Next, instead of taking off all the pieces, I just took out the little factory light bulb, removed the little yellow factory cover off the bulb with a jewelers screwdriver, then the easy part was......I just pushed the red Pep-Boys bulb cover down inside the hole where the factory bulb went with the jewelers screwdriver. It fit perfect and completly filled the hole. You can easily remove it and put in another color anytime. The only hard part of the job was taking off the connectors on the back of the dash part.
