T1801 and 2008 Scion XB Steering Controls?

Does anyone know if I purchase an older stereo like the Scion Pioneer T1801 and install it in my 2008 scion xb if the steering wheel controls will work?? Thanks

they should... toyotas have been using the same steering wheel control plug for years.. as well as the power/speaker harness..
