what type of scratches?

 

Lightly wet sand and then buff. Anything deeper and you need a repaint!

 

road pebbles. some slight rubs. very few, but would like to get rid of these blemishes.

 

without painting use touch up and a match tip then sand and polish as stated above...junk like Scratch x do not work

 

If you can feel them with your fingernail they will need touch ups and sanding/ buffing. If they do not go thru the color coat you can use some clear touchup instead to fill the scratch. It may take several coats to build it back up tho.
Then use some 2000 wet paper to level it out and buff back to a shine with clearcoat safe compound.

 

try using quixx sratch remover....if deep us touch out paint.
