What Type Of Oil Should I Be Using?
I need to change my oil and I completely forgot what I had in there when I switched. Anyone recommend a type of oil i should use? I got an 07 auto turbo. I know I used fully synthetic but dont know which one. Thanks
I like a 5w30 in the normal weather full synthetic, but if your in AZ or TX (somewhere dead warm in the summer), I go 10w30 full syn. Check our the Motul! It's awesome stuff.

oh man it look's like U need help.
check out bobistheoilguy.com the forum section and that should put U in the right direction.
look for the oil analisys section and see if U can find the oil Ur interested on and compare with others.
BTW just because someone said an oil is good, it's just not always the case for every engine.
Ex. Mobil 1. People swear by it to be reallly good, but I'm sure they either heard from someone else or saw the "Official Nascar Oil" sticker on it. Anyways, normally the oil viscosity is alright but it tends to shear a lot. Look into PP, U'll be surprise with this oil analisys and it has a good price tag.
It seems like a lot of people get lucky with redline, with better results than Amsoil from what I've seen. Royal Purple, I don't know man, the RX8 guys and 350Z guys don't seem to like it as much. The analisys say so btw.
Just take ur time browsing and remember that going from 5W-30 to 10W-30 is not always going to make it thicker. Every oil has it's own properties and viscosities at certain temps. Just focus on protection rather than just viscosity alone ;-P
