Default Nav Fix done Locally?

I was just wondering if there was anyone local to the Everett/Snohomish/Marysville area that has done the Nav Fix explained here, and that could do it for me.

I'm not good with wiring at all. needless to say, I'll pay for your time and effort.

no.... havent tried.... anything with the stock nav stuff.... tho you could try pulling the e-brake 1 click and should gain axs to all the nave features w/o having to stop or affecting anything (unless ebrake cable reallly touchy/tight)
