Default Scion factory and my Megan Catback

I'm about to install my megan catback this weekend but i was wondering if scion will treat my car differently when i bring it in for a tune up. I know they cant do anything if I have a problem with my exhaust since its not stock but will they perform maintenance differently on the car since I have an aftermarket part on the car that's not coming through scion? This might sound dumb but i'm not sure.

ur exhaust wont change they way they do service because they are trained to do serivce on ur scion and they are not gonna change up things because of an exhaust and watch out because the stealership might bs u later on and say u need this and that becasue of ur modds and when they do just be like no its ok ill go somewhere else and its cheaper and then look at their face it cracks me up everytime

What year is your car? I want to get a drift spec for my 09 but none of the places selling it can tell me if it will fit my 09. Does anyone know?

Everything on ebay says 04-05 or 04-07. Is the exhaust the same for 04 as 09?

All of the scion aftermarket websites told me the same thing for my 08 tc but i just took a chance because i put it on myself and if it didn't work i had a tuner shop that said they installed the exhaust on 08's before.

yea it worked great, direct bolt on, the only trouble was getting the spring loaded bolts on to the s-pipe that connects to the muffler but those are just a _____ either way lol but i bought it from this place in Canton, Connecticut called Bishop Motorsports, its a small shop, great guys, they gave the order directly to megan racing and megan sent me the exhaust from Cali.

You will be fine with Scion. Some dealers are asses about it, but just stand your ground and you will be fine. It's illegal for them to deny you service or warranty because of an aftermarket part unless THEY can PROVE it caused the problem.
