Tokiico with S techs
Just add $100-$200 more on the spring/strut setup and get the tein basics. You wont regret it. Trust me. To answer your question, my buddy has that setup on his civic hatch. It was almost like ridding a wooden coaster when compared to my bilsteins and ground controls on my eg civic. Not sure how it would be on a tC, but given that the tC weights more, I would say prob like a heavier wooden coaster on bumpy roads. But then again you live in Hawaii. SLAM THE ISHT out of your car. Hehheh.
i had stech and kybs on my altima and i felt everything! it was a great ride for handling but there were time i wanted to kill myself.
dont know how the tockios are tho, i imagine they cant be much different. just get coilovers.

i have this set up you do feel every bump on the road its a big difference from riding stock. I went from trd to hotchkis to stechs and stechs are the roughest. I never experienced coilovers to tell you the difference.
