looks like a mid-section pipe...what does it do? i have TRD exhaust and injen SR...would it sound/perform different if this pipe is installed?

deletes the second cat and factory resonator, if you still have the factory headers... it will make your exhaust a little louder, with aftermarket headers it will sound like ____ rice.

yeah it will bolt up to your trd exhaust, making your exhaust a little louder and depper

I would try and get it somewhere other than ebay. Check the sponsored sales. But its a good midpipe. There arent many companys making them for our cars. Either get that or go custom. But since you have a TRD exhasut I am guessing you arent going for much with your ride other than a lil sound. Basically it will just giove you a lil deeper sound.

I have this midpipe section. I really like it and the sound that comes out with it. Originally I had the Greddy Downpipe that came with the turbo kit, stock midpipe, and HKS axelback, now that I have the midpipe it's a lot louder, and my car seems to backfire more which is awesome!!!! Also though, the check engine light came on about 100 miles after getting this mid pipe on, but you can do the Anti Spark plug fouler trick to make that go away.

 

check engine light was probably from your turbo, mid pipe won't do that

 

the check engine light didnt come on because of the turbo, i went about 250 miles without the midpipe, the day i got the midpipe the check engline light went on.
