Default Xb shakes too much at times

06 Manual xb

My car shakes sometimes (no its not the cold weather) through the door but not the steering wheel or shift lever. i have a scangauge and when te car shakes everything seems normal.

I;ve had this gas pedal and clutch vibration for a long time and I seem to have gotten use to it but now I notice the car shaking more (maily right after I've had spirited drives)

Any idea what might be the problem. I thougt it might be cam or timing related since its an intermittent problem and not a consistent one. The engine sounds normal and does not sound like its miss firing.

what test can I do

thanks

Could be just the engine vibration. Our boxes have crumby motor mounts. But I dont know why the steering wheel would shake from that.
