Default not shifting when cold

anyone else have there xb not shift in OD when its cold and just starting to drive ? or should i have it looked at .

I know that is how the first gen is... wont shift until the cold engine light goes off...

Most cars won't shift into OD until they're warmed up.

In section 1-7 of the owner's manual it states that "If the engine coolant temperature is low, the transmission will not shift into the overdrive gear even in the "D" position."
