do most dealerships have pits or lifts in use for oil changes? i ask cuz i have coilovers and if they put on a frame lift lift then my rear springs will "pop" out and who knows what would happen from there. if they have a pit i'll be cool. i dont wanna have to put stock rears in. talk about scrape city my front kit would be ridin the ground lol. but i gotta do what i gotta do . and i am gonna take advantage of my free oil changes./ anything to save me 30 bucks ( their price or like 25 my price for synthetic with toyo filter)i'm in sacto ca so if anyone around here knows

Most that I've seen here in Maryland, and when I lived near San Diego, did have non-frame lifts available. Just ask and specify the type you want.
FWIW: I get my oil changed at good, old Wal-Mart because they have pits for oil changes - and they have good prices for oil changes.
Just my 2 cents worth...

I've never seen a dealership with pits.
My guess is you're going to have to find a jiffy lube or a lube pro or something. Good luck.

Good idea. My tC is pretty much stock, so I don't have anywhere near as much to worry about.

It depends on the dealership really. We have 2 pits here at our high speed oil change facility... but I don't know of any other dealerships in the city that have pits.
sometimes they do oil changes on the alignment rack. that way you wouldn't have to worry about it. just ask the guys in service when you go in (or call first)

why not let them know what is going on with the suspension and tell them to watch it. then before you leave check it out

Tracy Toyota/Scion has pits. I can drive in, but I have to back out. I can't drive out thru the exit as I'll scrape somewhere underneath my xB.

The one time I went to our local Wally World for an oil change, the joker's put the filter ON with an oil wrench. Could that be the stupidest thing EVER??? Of course when they did that, it punched a hole in the side of the filter, which dripped down into the frame rail so it didn't drip out until i pulled into my driveway and then it gushed all over... I'll go without changing it before I'll go there again... Plus it took them like an hour for the "quick" lube...
