Default Spark Plug removal

I gotta replace my plugs does the engine have to be like really cold or is it ok to be still a little warm like it feels warm to the touch but wont burn me?

doesint rele matter i do tune up's all the time at work with the motor's hot but it would be alot more comfortable with it cool so its not all that hot

Don't over-tighten when the motor is cold. When the motor gets hot, it can seize the plugs.
