thanks man. i sat here for 15 minutes trying to figure it out.

 

Biggest key is that to add options, you have to fill in the option, then click the Add button. It will then give you another box to add another option. And you again have to click the Add button. And then be sure to click the Add button for your last option as well... otherwise it won't put it on the list. So you have to add each option manually one by one.
