Well on the tctunerz's site the car domain logo isnt there, and the picture isnt cropped either, it'll be REAL hard to photoshop that off, so maybe someone submitted it to them, or it's their car (or a customer's) on cardomain.

The seats are leather (rinkles in same spot)
Im willing to bet that Im the only K&N CAI owner with the sticker where it is (before MAS)
The grass is indentical too.

I'm not saying it's a different car/different pic. I'm saying that they somehow got a copy of that picture without the cardomain logo on it. So they didnt just go to cardomain.com and steal some random pic of the CAI. In order to get that pic without the logo, someone must've submitted it to them OR it's one of their cars (including the car domain site) or one of their customer's cars.
Or you can ask them for a free product or a deep discount on a product. Although it's flattering that they used a picture of your car, a for-profit company should always remember release rights of personal material. Find out if putting your picture on car domain means giving up your rights to that picture. If you still own that picture, then you may consider working out a deal with K&N, so that it's a win-win.
Good luck, whatever you decide to do.
