Your best bet is going to the xD forum and looking through there. Im sure every one of your Q's will be answered by just looking throuhg some of the threads.

As for long term, they have only been out for a year or so, so there aren't any long term problems. But it's a toyota, there should be no problem.

The xD is a nice choice as long as you like the exterior look of it. Some hate it, some love it. The car has a Toyota engine, so you know it's reliable. Take it for a test drive and see if you like the car yourself. For the price, I think it's a nice car to have.

Chances are coming to a Scion forum asking them if they like their car will get you a positive response. You're asking some pretty generic questions that could be answered by a good Google search. Check out some of the website/magazine reviews.

www.thetruthaboutcars.com/scion-xd-review/
www.edmunds.com/scion/xd/review.html

That took me about 25 seconds... and most of that time was spent copying/pasting the links.

That all said, my g/f just bought an 09 xD and we both love it.

thanks!! i know. but i cant go asking people who dont own a scion what they think about scion... i probably get negative responses... i just wanna know if scion car owners who had their scions for a long time are still satisfied with their cars.

can't go wrong with a Toyota engine.

it's roomy, safe, reliable, and a great value.. if you want it, get it!
