Default If you're tee-ing into oil pressure sensor for supply line!!

make sure that it is sealed!!! greddy's sheet says to use teflon tape that works fine... I went with pipe dope that is safe for oil and gas lines instead. The problem i ran into recently was that because of the location of the oil pressure sensor, the tee fitting was 90 degrees short of being tight. So, oil leaked out of the fitting and ran down the block and creeped through the housing where the starter bolts on. eventually oil got on the clutch and caused my clutch to fail prematurely. When i switched to pipe dope, i was able to get another 360 degrees of rotation and gave me both the location and tightening i wanted. just a heads for all of you diy people.... im not too sad about the clutch failing prematurely because i was planning on putting a stage 4 on this summer anyways

I'm using a sandwich adapter for the feed. Turbo isn't installed yet, so right now I have three plugs and the oil pressure sensor. I did notice the one plug where I will be putting the oil feed line has a very slight leak, about 1-2 drips every 5 minutes. Nothing below it though but the ground, so no risk of contaminating anything else. I was planning on using oil-resistant RTV on the threads when I run the oil feed to seal it, my understanding was that teflon wouldn't stand up to the oil temps. What is pipe dope and where di I get it?
