i put the megan drift spec on today, just the axle back section. i'd say after 30 miles or so, my "MAINT REQD" light popped up. the light has been flickering for about a minute or so every time i turn the ignition on for about a month. i don't know if something finally went wrong and now the light is on for good or it's related to the exhaust. i'm thinking about taking the car to kragen tomorrow and have them run a quick diagnostic but i figured i'd ask for opinions on here first.

you need oil change........if you did it your self then you need to read manual and it shows how to reset it,or if shop did it they did not reset the counter.......lol.......maint req is not a cel,but a reminder to change oil.

yea bzin beat me to it...
step 1 turn the key to the 'on' position. using the trip meter button, toggle the lcd until 'ODO' is displayed.
step 2 turn the key off. now, push and hold the trip meter button. while holding the trip meter button, turn the key to 'on'.
step 3 while you continue to hold the trip meter button, you will see on the lcd disply five (5) small dashes and they will begin to 'count down' rather quickly. step 4 continue holding the trip meter button and once all the dashes have been cleared, your lcd will display six zeros (000000) - release the trip meter button now - and then the lcd will display 'ODO' and your current mileage. at this time, your 'maintenance required'/oil change light has been reset.

I don't recall the light reset ever being in the manual. Then again, I only look in the manual for the fluid volumes and how to hook in a child seat.
