Default CEL p043E, P043F, p2401, p2402, p2419, help with recommended repairs.

Last year in October the CEL on my 2006 Scion XB came on. My mechanic scanned it and said the system was detecting a evap leak. He inspected the gas cap and said the seal looked worn/cracked and told me to replace it (it was the original cap). I did, however, the light can back on. He then said the charcoal canister needed to be replaced. This repair was completed and the light stayed off for a couple of months, but at the beginning of the year the CEL came back with another Evap error. He then said the canister filter needed to be replaced and they were also replacing the charcoal canister under warranty. Since then the CEL has continued to come back on with evap errors. They have done multiple smoke test for leaks and have made fixes as needed, but the CEL continues to come on. Before more repairs were performed, it was suggested that I take the vehicle through the manufacturer drive cycle to rule out it being the system needing to reset. I have performed the drive cycle, unable to get the evap monitor to complete, and the same DTC's above for evap errors are given. I notice past threads (from over 5 years ago) about these codes being associated with the XA's and a bulletin for repairs associated with water intrusion into the canister and updated parts to address the issue. Has anyone else had this problem and know what the current recommended repairs (parts) are for the XB's? I also notice in some threads a mention of updates being made to the newer model XB's for this issue, but unsure what the current repairs are for the XB1's. Any help with this is appreciated.
