I thought I'd post some new pics of my Xb . spent a little time this week accessorizing , so it's time to show it off. Nothing too radical , just some basic improvments. Recently added stuff includes:Rear Spoiler, Vent Visors, rear bumper protector, 16" wheels, brake caliper paint, overhead console , factory fog lights, strut tower brace(TRD) ,Tinted windows ,Borla Dual Exhaust, and Weather Tech Floor Mats. Incoming are rear sway bar , cold air intake, dash mat,shark fin antenna, and XM satellite . I think that'll do for now , I've spent my wad.

How are you liking the Borla dual exhaust? How's the sound? I'm debating on going with the Borla, the Tsudo, or maybe one of the single exhausts. It's really a tough call without hearing them in person. And the final call will depend on whether or not I decide to go with the 5Axis lip kit, or not (still on the fence on that one).

I like the sound, but keep in mind I'm in my late fifties age wise. It's never gonna sound like the mustang I had, or even a sixer with duals. Some might call it Ricer-like sound, but I think it just sounds like a little bit louder and throatier four banger. I mainly did it for the look, and to be a little bit different from most of the other XBs that I come across. BTW it's only really noticable on acceleration from a stop. Once you're up to road speed you hardly notice the difference.

 

It's coming along nice! It's great to see more of our generation getting into their XB's. Sometimes I feel a little out of place here! LOL

Did you notice any performance difference after installing the exhaust?

 

I really like those wheels! What do you plan to lower with?

 

Well I think I feel a little bit more goose when I get it on, but it's probably my imagination. No plans to lower it , speed bumps are tall enuff without me helping them be taller.

 

BTW...my Xb has kinda turned into a " Band Bus" and that was the reason for the dark tint. Once I tinted...well then I had to buy more " stuff " .
