Hi

What's the mileage point when you should change spark plugs(2004 xB)?

Thanks

manual states for the xB...every 30K (but for the tC, it's every 100k)...

my local toyota dealer didn't back then change the plugs...I had to do it on my own..

truth is do it when you want..theres really no right time to change them unless they really need to be changed....i have a tc and change mine to the NGK at 50k miles even though the stock can last 100k miles i dont want to wait that long but thats only me

30k is recommended generally when working on cars. i changed mines at 36k and my spark plugs were pretty done. since then i upgraded to NGK iridiums and feels a whole lot smoother

I got NGK G-Power Platinums for $12 at a local auto parts store. I will be changing at 70k from stock. For $12 and every 30k miles is not that bad of an investment to keep your car in top working condition.
