Alright guys, so I just picked up some 15mm spacers for the meisters that i have..

the problem: there's no holes in the back of the wheel for the OE studs to go in. The stud sticks out about 11mm extra which makes a big gap in-between the wheel and the face of the spacer..

what should i do? (get the wheel professionally drilled? Slip a 11mm spacer onTOP of the 15mm?)

tia,
ben

or you could get the kind of spacers that use extended studs (it sounds like your using the kind that has built in studs)

yeah im not gonna slip an 11mm spacer on.. but i dont wanna drill denta into my wheel either, though, id rather do that than add more spacers

There's people that trim their studs but that's probably the second-to-last thing you would do, just to throw it out there.

yeah, i think that means youre going to need to use the ones that require you to press in new studs.

get new spacers. H&R makes 15mm spacers that are not bolt-on.

yeah im not down to shave the studs.. lol so with the 15mm spacers, i would need some extended studs to replace the stock studs right??

yup.

you need them at least 45mm long.

so would a 45mm stud suffice for a 20mm spacer as well??

lol!! just cut them yesterday.. and now my gt-p's are 17x8 +20!! pretty flush, but waiting on the meisters.. 215/40/17 tires on the 17x10 wheel!!

but yeah, i didn't have time to buy new spacers and sell the ones i have now, because the Left Coast Low meet is this sunday!
