Default Check out these prices!

I am no way affiliated with this webstore and was real skeptical until griecos xb had a good experience with them. But I was surfing through their site and check out some of the deals they have going on. If you add one to your cart and then click on the 7% off ad on the front it takes another 7% off the already low sale price.

Scroll through those and check out how cheap they are letting overheads and in-dash units for. Like I said I am in no way affiliated with them or am saying they are safe to buy from but due to griecos xb's experience maybe they aren't half bad. Just wanted to post in case someone was looking for a cheap solution to an overhead or in-dash. I know most of those in dash monitors are only am/fm monitors with a tv tuner but you can get one of their dvd players really cheap as well.

I just picked up a set of the headrest monitors as well as the protable dvd player from mp3playerstore. One of the big reasons the stuff is so "cheap" is that this place is in canada and we are paying them with dollars. Today the exchange rate was 2.1 cd to 1 dollar. So they really got paid the equivalent of 800 bucks for these. And yes the LCD's are made by Panasonic. Not bad at all.

I have a question about how the sound is distributed. If you install the headrest monitors and connect them to the dvd player in the cubby hole below the radio, do you then have a FM modulator connected to have the sound play through the stereo speakers? Also, is there anything else that you need to buy besides the headrest monitors, dvd player and FM modulator to hook this up?

I don't know how others did it. I have a pioneer avic d1 nav system and it had audi and video ins and outs so I ran everything to there then back out to the speakers in the car. The dvd player also has a headphone jack on it so the little ones can listen on the headphones as wel..

You replaced the radio that came with the car. I have the stock radio and would be adding in the dvd player. Has anyone done this and how have you gotten the sound to play through the speakers?
