2.5" TuRbo Back exhaust or 3" Turbo Back exhaust

I want to know what is the difference? Will I get same power, or its all on the tuner to tune it for more horse power?

Regardless who makes it.. any turbo car will do better with 3"

Ok Princess,,,,,,No disrespect for these both great companies I wanted to know why a 2.5 inch can get good gains as a 3" exhaust, I want to know the dynamics behind it...
