Default Help With LOC on stock HU

I've read tons of threads on this issue but none quite as similar to mine, I had a dvd deck with one ten and amp ran to it, but the deck i had was stupid, with no ipod attachment, and wouldnt play burned cds. So i swapped out to my stock deck and wired a line out converter to my rear positive and negative into my stock harness positive and negative rear wires, wired its own ground wire, and wired the amp remote ino my acc 12v wire.
Sounds all good, but all my speakers work awesome, and the amp powers up just fine but theres no signal to the subwoofer, i have triple checked everything and the two adjustments on the loc i have messed with and still nothing, anyone haveany pointers?

I would wire it to the rear right speaker. Positive is a red wire, and negative will be white. There are 2 long gray wires on the LOC that you dont need so cut those off. And take the white and gray from the LOC, and twist them together. Then the white/black and gray/black.

I have the Installer Edge (Rockford Fosgate) LOC and it wires to both L and R

OP - are you sure the LOC is getting power?

Is that one suppose to even get power? All the ones I have used only tag into the speaker wire.
