Default Annoying rattles :(

Well since I put my system in, I dynamated the entire car. Really helped a lot. Then it went to shaking the ____ out of my windshield wipers. Replaced them with a high quality windshield wiper today. Which took that away. Now the plastic pieces that are at the bottom of the front windshield. And I con't figure out how to get it to go away? Also at the top of the windshield there is a nice rattle. Not sure on that one either since there really isn't anything else up there. Any tips?

How many subs do you have and what direction do you have them firing?

Welcome to the world of high powered stereos. The easiest fix for most trim panel rattles is to source exactly where the rattle is, take the piece off an put some closed cell foam between the plastic and what it is rattling against, then put the panel back on and re-test. This should get rid of your rattle eventually, once you find them all.

And since I can't read and just realized that this was in the exterior section, follow the above procedure but substitute rubber for the closed cell foam.

Yea I was gunna try and find a nice soft rubber to put in between the plastics. I pretty have gotten rid of every rattle even with the stereo. Car is starting to feel very very solid. Thinking about putting some of that cheap carpet stuff underneath the carpet for a little softer and little more sound resistence. Not sure yet.
