I have a used Hori Real Arcade Pro EX with 4 Sanwa Buttons(white ones) that is used in Arcades and will also come with Sanwa 8 way hexagonal gate. Its about a month old and used to play Marvel vs. Capcom 2. This is for the Xbox 360.
Will come with the original buttons, box it came in, and square gate that came with it factory.
