What did you guys basically do with this part here



i could start doing some modification on my own but want to hear what you guys personally did.

cut off the tab, and hammered it back like thissssss.

 

we already did that buddy.
it's not the inner part that's hitting but the outer. i'll take pics

 

trim the plastic part off, hamer that metal piece in. I had the same problem.

after putting in a 5mm spacer, its been rubbing when i need to make an angle and go up a bump.

So do you want me to cut the inner part of this?

 

yup thats where the clip use to be, but i cut mine off.

OK! got things done and found ANOTHER problem. it's this part right here



Now this part is where the metal piece curves and cannot be hammered in. Tried and felt it and it won't go in anymore. Any suggestions?
