I just got an 05' xB, & I want to put 20's on it. Can anyone tell me whats involved in getting those BIG RIMS to trun With as little (or no) rubbing as possable?

You'll prolly get better results in tread and butter. But mininally, you'll have to make sure you have room for anything wider than 7.5 inch wide wheels, remove the front fender inner liners, air hammer the firewall, and possibly roll the rear fenders.

Sounds about right , at least now they make the 7.5 inch wide 20's and don't plan on lowering it.
