Hey guys, My friend and I just had my rear rotors resurfaced and new pads installed yesterday. I have the the stock rotors and new hawkpads ( non track ones) and now there is this grinding noise coming from the rear brakes. It grinds when accelerate and keeps grinding. Is there anything you guys can tell to help me out. Do I need to just get new rotors?

 

Make shure the pads are not installed backwars...

 

..don't think they would be a le to install the caliper if they were backwards...-_-

If it does it whether you are braking or not it most likely is not the rotor.

 

or they arent seated properly, did you grease everything?

 

Pads will go in backwards...prob not the case but they will go in.

 

then that dosent help, did you grease everything before reinstalling?
