Default why i hate the car wash

we'll went to get a wash before the show and total caos went down. my rear bumper is destroyed. soapy suds car wash is not taking responsibility. the say its cuz i drive a lowered car and i should have told them not to drive it through the tunnel thing. I've had it washed many times there and clearance is fine. i think an employee hit my air controller while my car was on the track cuz my controlls were moved and no longer at ride hight. pics aren't very clear cuz they are from my camera.

side clips are broken

So wait a sec... YOU don't drive it through the wash? An employee does?

____ THAT. No way does someone else take my car through a car wash - not to mention I NEVER use the washes with those "channels" for your wheels.

I'm thinking there's probably no way you could ever actually prove that the employee may have hit your air controller. You might have to eat this or just file an insurance claim.
