What is your pedal feel like? Where does the clutch engage?

My pedal feel is very heavy (where as the ACT website describes that it should be stock to moderate). As far as the engage point, I have about 10-12" of *nothing* travel and about an inch where it engages.

Is this normal? Is there a way to adjust this? Sometimes it seems like it's still catching even if I have the pedal fully depressed (and in gear).

 

yes there is a way to adjust it and 12" is an exageration...i think ours lifts up only about 9 inches if i remember correctly...check the tech section for the repair manual and read....or you could have searched like your supposed to and got the correct answer.

You can also get the extended slave cylinder rod from speedsource. That makes the clutch engage at almost the stock height.

I ran the HDMM. The pedal feel was noticably heavier, but just right. We adjusted it to let up about 2" from the floor.
