so Ive had my pioneer avic 7000 installed for awhile i did it myself and everything works fine but my presets are saving at all( like the fm radio and equalizer settings) and for some strange reason the stereo wont turn on when I've tried connecting the red/red and yellow/yellow on their own but when i connect all 4 together everything works fine, hopefully that makes sense and any help would be greatly appreciated! :icon_razz:

it's odd, the constant and the ignition wire need to be kept separate and wired properly for the radio to function correctly. i'm not sure what's going on specifically that would cause it to act that way.

you think it could be the metra harness? maybe something got connected the wrong way in the harness itself?
