As I recall, there are 2 or 3 screws around and in the armrest of the front door panels. Remove those first, then pop the 4 corner snaps. It's a fairly good design.

yeah take the screw out of the inside door handle and remove the cover, take the screw out of the inside latch and unclip the metal rod that opens the door, and remove the cover by the mirror (triangular black piece). i believe thats it and then just gently pull along the bottom and then on thes sides till it comes off. undo the connector for the window and locks and lay the door panel whereever you want. hope this helps
