sucks hope you get it fix quick hate to drive a car with damage,i guess she had no insurance thats why she didn't stop happened to me a few years ago, anyway if you can get it fix without your insurance help it would save you some bucks on your insurance in the future..

CSULB parking is not fun what so ever. I don't go there, but i've had the pleasure of driving in the parking lot during school hours -_-

Damn that sucks I hate people like that. I hope you are ok and that it doesnt set you back to much to repair this damage.

Did you report it to the police?

You didn't try to chase them?

so far, i have been told that my car has frame damage and floor frame damage as well. i'm supposed to get a cost estimate today.

i wanted to chase, but when my car was moving i was scared cuz of heavy rubbing (the rear bumper was pushed in so it was rubbing hard against the rear driver's side tire) and because i heard my fuel tank moving and the splashing of fuel in the car.

they have to tear down my vehicle and look for other damage

You didn't get the license plate? That sux. Someone did that to me once but I made sure I memorized his license plate before we pulled over.

One word for her, biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitc# and 1/2.

What a :loser: she is. I'm afraid with the amount of damage you'll have to file a claim on your insurance. That sucks.

Good luck.

Ugh, that sucks majorly.

Next time you get rear-ended, make sure you have a pen in your console or glove compartment and get out and write their license plate down on your palm. Then you can pull over and not even worry about it if that person drives off since you have their plate number.

Get the license plate # after being rear ended hard enough to cause $6K in damage? Great idea, makes a lot of sense, but easier said than done in my experience. Adrenaline is going, cars are moving fast, you're all shook up, and it's hard to think of everything. Especially since I'm sure it was a surprise the driver just took off. Getting the number is absolutely what you want to do, but cut the guy some slack if he didn't.

Tough break about the accident, I hope the car comes back as good as or better than it was before the hit.

Don't get me wrong shad, I'm not saying he screwed up at all. I'm just hoping he learns from this experience just in case it happens again.

My ex was driving and got rear ended while I was with her and as soon as I was sure she was okay, I was out of the car writing down their license plate and then I checked to see if they were okay as well. It's just one of those things.
